Hi that is because as far as I know there is no Sky Live Support.
the nearest thing you will get from sky is Sky.com - Sky Help Centre If someone else knows of a Sky Live Support then I would be pleased to say I was Wrong until then I am Sorry

All ive been doing is going to this link Packages then just clicking on the arrow next to help and faq's and it shows the below (although the link to chat comes and goes when it wants)
