Changing my Sky package on line
I recently realized that I hadn't used any of the news channels or cartoon (kids) channels for a long time and decided to reduce my package. Looking at mysky shows I have Movie package 1 and Movie package 2. Online, I can only find details concerning 'The' movie package, no mention of two separate packages. Also, I can see no provision to reduce my current subscription, only to add channels. But what am I thinking? this is Sky after all.
I'm going to call Sky as soon as my existing order to change to Sky line rental is completed. If anyone has had experience or can offer advice I would appreciate hearing from them.
I have been with Sky quite a while, so there are no minimum term problems.

You will have to tell them you want to reduce your Entertainment pack, which cost £1 each, I think.
