      I'll have you know that there is a great dirt track with loads of hills etc and a nice lake to cycle round, I don't do normal biking, just mountain biking and do 5 miles per day.

      Must be working, lost 2 stone so far since June

      I cant be doing with normal road biking either, too many idiot car drivers.

      I also do mountain biking but not everyday, usually weekends and can be 20 miles +, every credit to you for losing 2 stone.

      I've put a stone on since I stopped smoking with all the snacking, trying to cut that out now.

      even if sky did give 3d away would be no point cause me mother has not got a 3d TV so wouldn't work lol
