Re: Back online after 15 days

I seem to have read a few posts along the same lines. Shame they could'nt have got it right the first time. Judging by the amount of posts on here about sky CS, I really think it's time they did something about the way problems/enquiries are handled. I'm sure it can't all be down to the staff. Perhaps there system for handling these things needs sorting.

Anyway, glad to see you are back up and running again. Believe me, rehab is no fun

BBC Watchdog are doing an on line surrey of all broadband suppliers, I filled it in last night only half a dozen questions. They will anounce this results in March, will be interesting to see how Sky stack up against the other suppliers.

Shame they couldn't afford to do a proper survey. Online surveys are always subject to a certain amount of abuse. I can't help feeling that whoever pays people enough to vote against their rivals will win.

And no, I'm not paranoid, they realy are out to get me!
