      Delivery of Router

      Hi
      This is my first post!

I ordered my broadband yesterday - asked for max but exchange was full so had to opt for connect until early summer (so im told) when max will be available again on exchange!

Anyway they are sending me the router & wireless adapter.
I asked if they could send me it to my work address as no one is in during the day and they said no.

Just wondered what the options are and if anyone had this?
Can you just ask the parcel compnay to redirect it after initial failed delivey?

i know this is prob a stupid question but jsut want it all sorted and seemed the like the best place to ask!!

      Thank

      Re: Delivery of Router

The parcel company will attempt delivery at your home address. You can then pick up the parcel from the delivery company or sometimes arrange re-delivery. Sometimes they will allow delivery to a different address and they often allow you to state a date you want it delivering. I believe the company they use is City Link so you would need to pick the parcel up from your nearest branch. They will leave you a card stating all the required details
