      Can't access 192.168.0.1

Hi - Im having problems (last week or so) with connection dropping even though I am connected to master socket.

On phoning Sky they couldn't help as I was running IE7. I have now reverted back to IE6.

Today I have had to unplug the router 3 times.

I can no longer access 192.168.0.1 - the pop-up box comes up but will not accept Sky, Admin (I haven't changed the password).

The box will not go away until I press, alt, control, delete which says the program is not running then end program.

      Any ideas??
      Allison

Try doing a factory reset little hole on the back of the router press a pin in and and hold for around 10 seconds then let the router do its thing.

forgive me if this sounds stupid, but in your post you have said Sky and Admin, when it is admin and sky (ie no capital and admin as the username).
