      SSID and Network Key

      Are the supplied SSID and Network Key exclusive to individual users, or are we all using the same ones

      I think that they can be changed, (not sure though), but there is a permanent sticker on the Sky Box with the original settings. Would changing them break the T&C? i.e., if the router needed to be returned.

      I think they are unique!
      But no, you should be fine to change them to what you please I have, and its more secure They are just written on the sky router for ease of use! Go for it

      OK - changed the SSID - easy! Thinking about the Network key as I am looking at the Security setting as a whole.

      Turn off SSID broadcast and enable the wireless access control to limit access to the MAC codes of your hardware.

      Though FYI you might want to consider this before disabling SSID broadcast: Block other wireless users ??.
