Well i would like to host it outside the network since,
1. have a website that i need to host (basic one)
2. also i used to host files so i can download them at uni i.e assignments rather then taken a USB
so your telling me that i can only access this website inside the network (ie at home) using 127.0.0.1 from pc to view or 192.168.0.2 from other pc's on the network ? and that i wont be able to view it by the ip /

From your house yes, anyone else on the internet should be able to no problems.

even using ip/persians i still get the problem =(

only firewall is the Routers one
