    Connection drops frequently.

    This is a discussion on Connection drops frequently. within the Sky Router forums, part of the Sky Broadband help category; The connection has dropped so much it's extremely annoying. Longest i've gone without it dropping = 2 hours. Any ideas ...

      Connection drops frequently.

      The connection has dropped so much it's extremely annoying.

      Longest i've gone without it dropping = 2 hours.


      Any ideas on what i could do to rectify this problem without phoning sky?

      @Mash

      Have you tried any of the suggestions in this thread Router Freeze, Loss of Connection Possible Fix if not go have a read, there are some other post that could help you as well.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Ok, the connection keeps on dropping again.

      Here are my stats:

      this maybe why your noise margin is very low try rebooting your router at peek times between 6-9 pm and let us know how you get on
