Noise margins appear to be fine but the concern really is with your line attenuation there will be a good few data errors creating on your line. Have you got yourself plugged into the master socket (which is located downstairs) if not you may need to do this and not use any extensions this could stop the drop outs as much. If you arn't using any extensions and you are directly into the master socket then you are going to have to contact sky tech cause your line may need capped to take that line attenuation down and stabalize your line.
