Unless I missed it I don't think anyone has considered the UPnP bug for this problem,

Its seems the only way to get about 15 mins of life out of it.
There are two common reasons for disconnections; noise, which Newsreader has pointed you towards both an explanation and a possible fix and a bug in the UPnP implementation in the Sky router.

Noise problems tend to give problems at particular times of day. UPnP problems cause regular disconnections often every 15-16 minutes.

To fix the UPnP problem log into the router and choose the last menu item UPnP. Untick the box and click apply. Now reboot the router then the PC.

Sorry im not being much help.
Although it seems to have been connected now for longer than usual??
Noise margins seem low but attenuation seems high. To be honest with ya my advice would be to talk to tech support about your drop outs. There is 3 things that could be wrong with this. 1)your physical setup ie your not in the master socket which is usually located dowstairs if it hasn't been moved or you have an extension on that grey cable from your broadband box 2)your router could be locking up on your so best thing to do is check to see if it is overheating if so then its faulty 3) you may need ur line capped a little to bring that line attenuation down as your speed may be currently running to fast for your line to handle. In the third case you will need to contact tech support to have that resolved but other than that those would be the options that u will need to eliminate to find the problem
