Well it went fine after i posted the topic i had to be quick because i was in a netcafé and only aloud 30mins to do what i had to do >< So after posting i gave them a ring i disscussed the issue and they just told me to try a different power socket after that i said nothing changed he orderd me a new router and it came yesterday but was not home so they came again today and someone was home so was'nt to bad of a service only 1 phone call and that only lasted about 7mins or something,
P.S What should i do with the broken router? they did'nt give me any intructions as to what to do with it I.E Send it back to them
And My Downstream as gone from the 2meg i reported before in another thread to 9meg >,<
