      The stats look OK!
      34.0db Attenuation should get a max of 11mb on Max? So the stats are fine for being on MID

      Also have you tried your test socket? Does that improve the connection?

      Bloody hell thought I was going mad, been searching the other thread looking for my posts!! lol, got my own thread now cool!! The BT master socket is upstairs in the spare room behind a load of junk! router is on a proper extension not one of these crappy extension leads. I have changed the upnp and mode settings as suggested and will see what happens tomorrow if it fails again I will try moving the router upstairs to the master socket.
      I'm off down the pub in a minute, thanks for all your help I will keep you up to date over the weekend as to how it goes.

      Just monitor your connection over a 48Hr Period and see what happens, Also its advised not to turn the router off, However just to put your mind at rest it is helpful if you dont leave it on while your out.. It may just heat up and burn summot... Thats the end of me being pessimistic!

      Thanks newsreader, Well just got up with a hang over after a night on the beer!! and guess what! the router has been up for 18 hours!! Cool beans! I do hope this is the end of my troubles, but I guess only a few more days will tell.

      Well weve been up and running now for 43 hours with no problems. So I'm hoping thats the end of it, Thanks for your help guys.

      Router now been up for 128 hours!! think we can safely say turning off uPNP fixed it!
