will turning off wireless section stop the broadcasting

Hi everyone!, I am new to this forum and new to sky's wireless router, I do not require a wireless connection as my original networked router (netgear) is all connected via ethernet and i have simply replaced it with the new sky wirelss one supplied, my question is: By turning off the wireless settings in the setup - have I competely stopped the router from emitting (posible and yet unproven) radiation which could cause health problems. (My wife is a worrier - and needs to know!). Has anyone a detailed way of doing this for sure? Many thanks for any replies.

      Hi Mark

As long as you have disabled the wireless in the router you should be fine

Tell her not to worry - they would have to be safe, otherwise they would not be sending them out

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
