From the information that you have posted there is no way to tell. When you did the BT broadband availability check using your telephone number what speed range did it give for VDSL Range A (Clean) and VDSL Range B (Impacted)?

If you do upgrade to fibre you can choose whether to stay with Sky (or Now TV) or change to BT Infinity.
If the maximum speed shown in the availability checker is 40 Mb/s or less there would be no point in ordering an up to 52 Mb/s service so Sky fibre would be quite adequate but check on price and current offers as there is no need to pay more then necessary for your broadband.

Whatever you choose you will have to change supplier, either for your telephone line or your broadband as communications providers no longer provide a shared service similar to that which you currently receive. This does have the advantage that you are not left with the dilemma of who to contact in the event of a fault.

Unless it is likely to be faster than the service that you currently get there wouldn't be any point in upgrading.

Use this link BT's Broadband Availability Checker to check the VDSL speed that your line should be capable of providing.

You should be fine with an up to 40Mb/s fibre product but I don't like the prices that you quote.
See what broadband deals you can get from Now TV which is just another name for Sky. There was a black friday deal which I think is still valid. It costs 23.50 per month including fibre BB, line rental and anytime calls on a 12 months contract with no setup fee just 9.99 for delivery of your new router.

If you don't have Now TV then effectively you should be treated as a new customer even though you already have Sky Broadband.
