    keeps cutting off

      keeps cutting off

      send out bt to test the line it passs all the test use no extensions mk2 i had 4mb before not the .bt man said he can't do anything to fix it problem if it persists asked to call sky back

      i called up again and complained again, because my line was put on to profile, this was affecting my speed, the profile was lifted and it sets my speed a bit more not like before, but trying it to be going back so i can used it the way it was before. The BT guy who went here tested it and He said its all passed but, it was so far away from the exchange, that's why i called again to make sure that my line can support as the noise margin was very good like the last month it was 5db and the upstream is 8.8db and it not jumping up anymore at night time and dosen't go down in the morning it was acceptable
