      Unhappy Unable to connect to wireless

      I am able to connect to sky broadband via the lan cable but I am unable to connect thru the wireless. The wireless card I am using is the Netgear MA521 801.22b wireless card. I have setup the encryption key correcly and the status shows as connected but it seems like it has't connected.
      I tried to ping to the router ip and it timed out and I am not able to connect to the router admin page.
      Can you please let me know what I would need to do get connected via wireless. Thanks

      Go into router setup (using cable - not wireless) and try switching wireless to auto108

      Also try disabling briefly any firewall and try wireless again (remember to switch back on)

      that model appears to only support wep upto 128, standard out of box for sky is wpa, log in with ethernet cable and change it to wep 128 make a key and connect and you should be sorted.

      if that model is diff still try that method
