      Dead Router

My Sky-supplied Netgear router died yesterday!

I have a SpeedTouch router which worked very well with my previous ISP.

Can someone explain whether it is possible to use this router to access Sky BB?

      Detailed steps please

      Yes.

But you need the working sky router to get your user/pass from.

Why don't you just get a new router sent? My replacement only took a couple of days to arrive.

I requested one 3 days ago...still waiting for it to arrive.

I just wanted to use the SpeedTouch router in the meantime.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
