Error Report 300
I am having problems with Internet Access. The System Report for the Router is no longer showing an IP address. Clicking on Sky Test shows there is an error - Error Report 300.
I have switched everything off & on several times & re-set the Router, all without success.
I have called the helpdesk to be told that they have had to escalate the problem & I should receive a call back in 48 - 72 hours.
Any one else having this problem?
Can anyone provide a quick fix?

I don't think I'd hold my breath if I were you for the call back. Our internet has been offline for nearly 2 weeks and am still waiting for Tier 3 to ring us. We have error 100 now but originally had error 200.

It seems that Sky aint connecting you as your not being assigned an IP Address!
What exchange are you on? Maybe your both on the same exchange?

Turn you Router off from the power socket for a few minutes then turn it back on. check all your telephone sockets in the house which are being used have microfilters.
Give the tech support another quick ring, make sure u have your ticket ID and ask to be put through to tier3 they have switched their phone lines back on again...

Thanks for the welcome have been lurking since September.
Tech support are useless, all they keep saying is that the ticket has been raised and we will get a callback, usually say 5 days, but as we keep telling them have now been waiting for well over that already.

Never worry Liz its all about demanding and not taking no for an answer, and of course getting through to the right agent..
