Can You Connect Up Two Routers?

My internet connection drops out on average twice a day, I recently purchased the Sky Hub SR102 which made my connection worse not better, the connection dropped out at least once an hour

Is it possible to connect two routers up at the same time to get a better stable connection?

I.e Have both the Sagem and the SR102 on and connected, running an extra ethernet cable to run one router to the other?

Would that boost or stop the intermittent cut outs?

      Thanks!

Re: Can You Connect Up Two Routers?

You can't have 2 routers connected to the phone line at the same time. You can connect the routers using an ethernet cable, but only one can be connected to the internet at any one time.

If you are experiencing drop outs with more than one router, then it is likely to be a fault on your line or setup.
