Please can you tell me why my Wireless Client is dropping out all the time,(loosing its connection) even when I am operating ok on the Ethernet connection. Could it be that I have disabled my UPnP to get a more stable connection?

UPnP has no impact on a wireless connection.
Assuming that your wireless signal is OK then the first thing I'd try is to set the router to auto 108 - this often helps.
Second would be to experiment with other wireless channels as you may be competing with a neighbour.
Third would be to make sure there wasn't a Dect phone anywhere near the router or wireless device. Microwaves are even worse.

Auto 108 ?
I have changed the setting from the default g&b to Auto 108,by doing this it appears to have grey,d out the Channel output. So what Channel is it going out on? I had changed it to originaly to Ch 11 from 1, Now I dont know what its on!& my other user in the house will need to know what to change his Channel number to receive

It will be broadcasting on the channel you can see greyed out - at least it does in mine.
