      is all this ok these are my router stats can be slow at times normally ok have xbox 360 live workin wireless too

      Stats seem fine, looks like your quite close to your exchange aswell!

      Better than fine. You are syncing at close to the max possible with a healthy noise margin (6db greater than default) in hand.

      thanks but what is noise margin

      sorry to be dumb dont but what is noise margin is or the whole db thing is it a range you should be in and attenuation cheers
