DG834GT Router reverted to factory settings
hi,
I have been away for a couple of days and my sky router has reverted to factory settings, sky help tell me the only way this can happen is someone pressing the reset button on the router - is that correct, as I would be very surprised if anyone has done this.
Any help or info much appreciated

I had that when I had one of those routers years ago.
