    loss of ip address

      yes I can connect to the router page, and it is the same for wireless and wan IP

      the router status page shows all other stats are fine, ie upstream and downstream, router connected but at the adsl port section, it show no info at the ip address , subnet mask, etc. PPoA is showing. I have tested the connection tabs at the bottem, again same info. the test sky button shows error code 300

      when you did skytest did you open connection status click disconect then run sky test if not try this, 9times out of 10 it then gets an ip address, and also when you reset you did it with the small hole at back for 10-12 seconds.
