The configuration page for the Sky Router is http://192.168.0.1/
      Username: admin
      Password: sky
(Assuming the defaults haven't been changed)

Sky won't care if you run a web or VPN server for educational purposes, however Sky's broadband is provided for home use meaning no business critical applications and usage volumes associated with a personal user.

      Extract from T & Cs
      (h) To protect our network and maintain quality of service for all our users we can temporarily or permanently control or restrict your online activities via Sky Broadband where such activities may have a detrimental effect on other customers' quality of service and it is reasonable for us to do so (e.g. sending "spam" Messages or hosting a website).

Just be careful exposing the WebAccess page of your NAS, could be considered hosting.
