    Sky router delivery question

      Sky router delivery question

      I saw this message just now in my sky account in the order tracking page.


      Wireless Router


      Your order has been dispatched and should be delivered within 3-5 working days of: 10/11/2010

      Does that mean it would come either saturday, monday, or tuesday? As I won't be home on monday, I might not get my wireless router, which might mean another sky chaos for me I guess.

      3-5 WORKING days from the day it was ordered. Saturday doesn't count, it will be delivered on a weekday. For example, if its ordered on a Friday, you will recieve it by the following Friday at the latest.

      Just to let you know. If it hasn't arrived 5 working days after the order, call Sky. Chances are it will be at your local sorting office. They can track it and give you a reference number to quote when you call the local office to check.
