New to Sky User - Port Forwarding...Sky being very unhelpful

Hello, I'm new to the Sky User site so my apologies in advance if I'm being a dunce!!!
I have a Sky Sagem Router & I want to use Utorrent but todo so am using portforward.com. I need my router user name & password but Sky have been incredibly unhelpful when I asked for this information. They said Sky does not support port unlocking & didn't give me the information. Surely it can't be right or if for some strange reason it is then there must be another way around it.
I've looked at the 192.168.0.1 but can't find either the router name or password!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME BEFORE I PULL OUT ALL MY HAIR!!!
Many thanks in advance for anyones help!!!

However even that should be unnecessary as utorrent should be able to configure its own ports via UPnP.

      login to router 192.168.0.1
      admin/sky
Security tab>Services>Add Custom Service >Name Utorrent TCP/Udp Enter your port(s)> Apply
Firewall Rules Tab> Add Service>Select Utorrent from Services list>Allow Always>Send to server 192.168.0.1

      Or Really Easy
Download Simple Port Forwarding | Simple Port Forwarding?

Don't you have to send it to the address of your PC?

I also recommend Simple Port Forwarding, its a great application.

Not always it will generally work with the router ip,you can of course set a static ip for PC and then should use that.
