Sounds like a goosed router, possibly power supply as Sagems are prone to that

Post your stats, from the normal position and from the Test socket if you have one.
How to get your router statistics
How to test your ADSL in the Master Test Socket

Could be a failing PSU as suggested, What colour are the lights when the router goes down?

So now they sent me a same one, i do not know its a new model.

But the internet speed is dropped alot.

Any idea why its slow? how do i increase the speed?
      the package is 20mb..
but its giving me 524 - 600 kbps

Chances are it might be the new D-Link model that Sky are sending out now more and more. Its a good router to be fair.

You should be able to see if its the D-Link, has it will have this on the top of the router and you should be able to see it when its laid down flat.

Re: Router Intrusion - Router crashing

Phone Sky and ask them to reconfigure your line. It looks like the speed has been capped due to your previous problems. They should move you to ADSL2+ and up your speed. If tier 1 say you are getting as much as you can, ask to be put through to the CST as you are certain your line can carry more.
