The Sagem needs a special VPN firmware update to work with VPN, you'll have to phone up sky and ask them to push that onto your router for you.

      Thanks Simon,

Is this something Sky are willing to do quickly and easily or is it another case of harassing and bugging them for it?

Either way I'll give them a ring later.

Also, is it not available to download?

Have you changed the IP address of your router?

Re: Port Forwarding for Windows SBS 2008

Any particular reason for changing the routers IP address?

The firmware download to your router is normally done within 2-3 days. Just call them up and tell them you want to use VPN could you have the firmware upgrade. It is not available for download from anywhere else.
