      It is 12th day and there is no change for connection speed. I rebooted the router still no difference. Do I need to contact cst?

      Yes give Sky a ring and tell them you think DLM has left your speed lower than it should be as you have a very high noise margin. Some of Tier 1 may not know what you are talking about but if you get through to CST, they will.

      A quick call to sky and just one transfer and things have been sorted. I have been told that maximum speed I can get is 5mb. stats show 5.8
