I am also having this problem after being given this router as a replacement for my old netgear. Think I'm going to purchase a new router myself because this router is terrible.

      Re: router logs not showing

Well I phoned sky technical helpdesk and they said they don't know anything about this kind of stuff and could only suggest I contact the manufacturer. so I phoned Sagem on the number given and when I eventually got through to a real person they said ' oh if it's a router you need to phone France but don't worry they do speak english'. So have re-connected the old router for now, intermittent internet connection but at least I can control the access on it. Any recommendations for a new router that has decent parental control options and works with sky internet appreciated.

Just brought myself a DrayTek Vigor 2710Vn, the content settings sound pretty impressive will give an update when I can.

Hopefully they give you more than 15 keywords to block................

I was going to suggest as you have a spare router you flash one of them to standard firmware, it may work better. This is easiest done on the Sagem, but as you have bought another one, it will not matter.

You could create an Outbound Firewall rule for http port 80 and set it to log always, and 'allow by schedule'.
