      Sagem router , faulty?

      Hello.
I have a Sagem router linked up to a PC and a laptop via ethernet.
A few weeks ago my internet started cutting out randomly.
Then one day I noticed that if I move my router it fixes the problem.

It can be fine all day, then just cut out, and if I turn my router on the side or upside down, it normally fixes the problem.
Occasionally I've found moving it won't work but giving it a little shake will get it working again.
As I said It's mostly fine, sometimes it happens only once or twice a day.
But some days it repeats the process every 30mins or so, which can be very frustrating while gaming.

I'm not really sure what I should do, if I report it to sky will they send me a replacement?
