Re: my DG834GT doesn't connect to the net

      First thing's first:
      1. Do you have an internet light on the router (green?)
      2. Have you tried other ports on the router?
      3. Can you post your stats from the routers config pages at 192.168.0.1 (u/n: admin, P/W: sky)
If you dont have #1 then:
a, Try changing your filters on all telephone extensions
b, If you have one try the router in the test socket which is located behind the bottom of an NTE5 BT master socket (if you have an NTE5)
If you do have #1 then:
      a, Reboot the router
b, Get a small object to press the reset switch on the back of the router and use it to reset your router

Is the netgear one supplied by SKY? If not then refer to the Extracting SKY router passwords section of this forum.
I might recommend though that if you dont know what your doing in terms of setting up a router with the right details that you just use the one SKY supply. I seriously doubt a DG834GT will perform any better than the SKY sagem router.

Is it a Sky DG834GT with Sky firmware? Where did you get the Sagem, from Sky?
