      Help? Lost connection

      Hi all, Ive been set up on Sky BB without any serious issues now for around a week. (Migration was hell but thats another story). I'm away from home and parents have found internet is down. Gone through all diagnostics & can connect to the router from wired pc, tried removing power / line cables etc... and the yellow light is flashing. No connection. Called tech support and had to keep going over and again saying I'm a techie I know what im doing this is not a firewall issue, its not an OS issue etc etc its my box or your exchange.. and eventually after 15 mins of arguing they believed me. 40 mins still waiting for Tier 2... anyone got any ideas how to fix this?? Sky test button says Error Code 100. Sky people cant connect to the router (socket down or something they said). Help? Sky are useless......

      Thanks.. losing my patience with sky. I should have quit when I had migration hell!

      well despite being fine on adsl2+ for a week.. they have just put me on adsl up to 8mbit and its now fine. Heaven knows whats happening but anyway they just moved me to the mid package.
