Router is re-syncing, you need to look at your router stats at different times of day and explain your setup properly. It's not the setup to the PC we need it's the setup between router and telephone line.

Those stats are good enough, you need to take them morning, afternoon and night to see if they change significantly. Do you have a test socket and have you tried changing the filter in case it has developed a fault?
If it's dropping at the exact same time everyday I would be wondering what sort of expiration is set for the IP address being handed out but if it's random then I would look at line conditions, what else is on the line and where are they plugged in?

Are they all on filters and what happens if you only have your rotuer plugged in? Do your router stats change at all?

That's your PC IP expiration, not your WAN IP expiration 2 different things. Can you upload a better stats image, I think your noise margin has dropped very low but can't quite make it out.

I am not certain but your router seems to be using a strange Default Gateway. Am I see it correctly as 195.189.199.205. If so this resolves to somewhere in Austria, which surely is not correct. -
195.189.199.205 - Austria IP. Detailed location, ISP and more info.

The default gateway for the router would normally be your local exchange.
