      Sagem Parental Control

I have been trying to block one ip/mac address on my wifi network from accessing the internet after midnight but just cant get it to work. Ive searched on here and set it up to block by scedule but with no joy.

Heres an overview of what ive done

reserved ip address to the mac in question,
set up an incomming/outgoing firewall rule for the ip reserved to block by schedule ALL ports.
set the schedule to block access between 00:00 and 08:00 everyday.

changed my router password for a more secure one

None of this has worked. I dont want to intall extra software the laptop in question, I just want the sky router to do whats its supposed to. Short of disabling wifi everynight which I dont want how do I get this working?.

      Any help appreciated, thanks

Unfortunately any teenager can get round this by changing the address of his/her PC. You may be able to do it by blocking all IP addresses except those in a reserved list. I am not certain how it would work, but you would have to put your own PC into the reserved list and put all the other addresses into the blocked list. ie, give your own PC 192.168.0.2 and put 192.168.0.3-254 into the blocked list.

And did you know anything about ActyMac VidShots Remote by actymac?
Did you use it? I heard that it allows to get desktop video from your Mac to iPhone.
It's good tool to watch from employees and kids I think.
