    Internet light not activated

      Internet light not activated

      Can anyone suggest any troubleshooting tips for me?

      My router is connected to the master socket, I have a wireless adapter at full strength and ethernet cable connected to my PC. I do not have any internet light.

      I have spoken with BT warehouse who confirm my line is under LLU Easynet control and was activated on the 11.09.06.

      I had a brief connection last Sunday evening for a few hours and it was great but I have not been able to connect since. The router routinely flashes amber to search for the connection.

      Is there anything I can do? Tier 3 are not easy to get hold of.

      Have tried resetting it using the button on the back

      Also what does the router log say
