      Lost The Router - Help!

lol - I was trying different channel settings through sky admin, as my laptop is experiencing variable upload speeds. However, I now notice that my laptop cannot see my network any more. It is still feeding my pc through ethernet and this works, so what have I done, and how can I fix it, in order to "see" the network on my laptop again.

The channel has been reset to 1 (and Auto), and also rebooted the router, to no avail.

      Thanks in advance,

      dufus

Forget it - it has finally connected. Can someone get me a straightjacket? I'm not safe to be let out alone!

When you are changing the channels on the router, it is always better to use an ethernet connection, preferably on a different machine. Loosing the connection is always likely to happen when you change anything in the wireless settings.
