      Powercycleing

I noticed a drop in my download speed from 17+mb to around 13mb i have not changed any hardware or software so i decided to Powercycle my Sagem F@ST 2504 > shutdown my Computer then turned off the Router unplugged all cables and waited 60 seconds reconnected all cables turned on the Router waited 30 seconds for the Router to settle down then booted my Computer, tried a speed test and found my speed is back to normal ... maybe its an idea to do this once a year ?

No, you will need at least a few quick re-syncs on the go before that happens. May people turn off their routers when not in use so they have to take this into account.

The only time it is really best not to re-sync he router is during DLM if you canhelp it.
