      DG934G Router - 4 Flashing Lights

I have never had a problem with my Sky router before however the other day is just stopped working.

I turned the power on and off etc and unplugged and re plugged all the cables and other bits and pieces however I got a strange error.

On the front of the router where all the lights are there is four lights which represent the RJ45 sockets on the back, which light up when they are connected.

There lights keep flashing on and off at the same time about ever two seconds. I have tried a re set of the router with the re set button on the back however I have had no joy. Usually when you do a re set the power/broadband lights on the front light up and stay on for a few seconds to signify this however this is not happening.

I can not access the Admin menu via wireless or CAT5 conntection.

Im a bit stuck, any help is much appreciated. I have searched for this error with the four lights flashin lights but not been able to find anything the same.

      Thanks in advance.

This is normally due to a failing power adaptor, if you can find another one with similar voltage details it may be worth a try until you can get a new router from Sky.

Yep and when they send out the router make sure you swap out the router AND the PSU or the new router will obviously do the same thing. You would be suprised how many people were just swapping the router and wondering why it still didn't work.

this is a netgear router right !?

you will be getting a whole new router then, as they are not replacing the psu with these anymore
