      Cannot Portforward at all

Ive had sky for a few years now, and im tryin to portforward but it wont portforward at all, it worked once but since its never let me, im wondering how can i fix this?

ive tried doing all sorts, following all tutorials, turning firewalls on and off, and still it wont portforward.

could it be the firmware? if yes, how do i know and where do i go to fix this?

im just setting up a game server and i really need this to work.

ive tried following tutorials on portforward.com aswell and still no luck.

the router model is: Netgear DG834GT and the firmware version is: V1.03.87

have you tried setting up a rule in your router?
      Outbound Services
      # Enable Service Name Action LAN Users WAN Servers Log
1 Any(ALL) ALLOW always Any Any Always
Default Yes Any ALLOW always Any Any Never

      Inbound Services
      # Enable Service Name Action LAN Server IP address WAN Users Log
      1 Any(ALL) ALLOW always 192.168.0.1 Any Always
Default Yes Any BLOCK always Any Any Never
this is what I have, if you havent already tried it try doing this.
go into firewall rules to set it up.

Have you got windows firewall on?

That may give you the impression that it's blocked etc Even a software firewall would do this.
