Cool Help!!!

Hi All,

My activation day today. One problem though. The router's Internet light does neither blink or do anything. Everything i read says it should be blinking amber then solid green but the light does not activate at all. Not even on power up.

Any help advice would be greatly appreaciated.

You do not have a sync, which means that you have not been enabled at the exchange, as yet. Alternatively, a faulty router. Wait at least 24 hours before doing a thing - no phone calls / no emails / no complaints.

Check BT's website for any outstanding orders on your LANDLINE at:
http://www2.bt.com/btPortal/applicat....ordertracking

and look for completion dates....

it will only become available once you have been activated - up to 24 hours later....not great.

Thanks again.

Just to let you know. ALL connected, working without problem.

If it wasn't for the terrible customer service on initial signup. I.E waiting two and a half hours on hold, i would give the product 10 out of ten.

Thanks again for your advice.
