I mentioned this a while back when I was still a Sky broadband customer but I've recently noticed more and more members seem to be suffering from the same issue.

As we all know by now it's not uncommon for a router's noise margin to drop a bit during the evening, some more than others, due to various reasons.

However, I think there may be a bug with the Sagem F@ST 2504, whether it's firmware related I don't know. What happens with the Sagem is the noise margin doesn't seem to be going back up to it's original position the following day, unlike all other routers I've used, when the line is clear. It requires a reboot to force it back to it's normal position of around 7db.

For those of you who are noticing this it may be worth getting back to Sky to highlight the issue and hopefully get them to do something about it.
