Was using the internet Friday evening no problems. Went to use it yersterday morning and nothing. Not even a connection from the laptop to the router wirelessly.
Checked the router and all LAN ports are yellow (even when I unplug them!), the @ port is red and the one next to the power is also yellow. Funnily enough the power led is not on!
On the subject, I was thinking of replacing it with a draft n router anyway so this may have just made up my mind. I know this is against T&Cs but what is the worst that can happen? Also how easy is it to get the username & password out of this router.

It looks like your router is dead. You could try resetting it by pushing a biro point into the reset button on the rear and hold it there until the lights flash. I doubt if it will do any good. Phone Sky explain it and they will send you a replacement.
