Hi, i went on line with Sky Ultimate on the 7th and today and yesterday my DL speed and UL speed has not changed download is 9.624mb and upload is .811mb so will this be my final speed ? thanks for any advice

I had a (speak text on my land line this evening from Sky saying - Your Sky Broadband is now live enjoy) does this mean something else is happening ?

You are syncing at over 11Mb, but this is very low for your attenuation, you should be up around 18-20. It looks like DLM has found problems. Are you plugged into the Test socket, did you take the advice given in your other thread?

Yes, try it in the test socket and post your stats from there.

First are you sure the training has competed on your line. Check the Broadband details section on your MySky page, it should tell you there. Do this before moving your router.

I think you will find that it is still training, the text you received was just to confirm you were activated. Less than 2 days is a bit quick for DLM to complete, especially as you are not getting the best your line could give.
