Strictly speaking they are correct, taking into account your noise margin that speed is likely to be the best you can get at the moment. You've clearly got a noisy line so you'll need to get that sorted first before attempting to get Sky to increase your speed. Does your master socket have a removable lower half, if so remove it and plug your router directly into the test socket within and post your stats. If your noise margin increases it's likely an internal wiring issue with your extensions, assuming you have any.

technically there's nothing wrong, as it's at target SNR - it's theoty that suggests an issue...and seeing as Sky aren't taught the theory you need someone to have an interest in the ins and outs of adsl to noice the issues...

most CST agents know the job from what their taught...it's the few who understand dsl fully that fix the issues with minimal fuss...

In theory Sky Max is an unlimited service but there is a fair usage policy afaik so Sky may start to take notice if you download at that rate on a daily basis and may take issue.

If you don't mind me asking what will you be doing to have such a high download rate, be aware that it's against your contract's terms to use this service for business use.

Nope, you can download 16gb per day without worries, assuming it's all legal that is

      Re: Are my stats ok

Sky don't care how much you download, others may care what it is but that is between you and them.

So to answer your question you can continue with your 16gb per day without restriction or concern on the amount.
