      Sagem Router appears faulty

My Sagem router seems to have given up - maybe its the heat. I can no long r get a connection and when I turn the router on the lights for each of the 4 ports are switched on and the rest are switched off - nothing else happens. Ive tried the reset button but it makes no difference.I plugged in an old Netgear sky router and I can get a connection so I know that the problem is with the router.

Is there anything else I can do to fix the Sagem and how do I get a free replacement fromSky? Ive had the router for approx 18 months.

      Thanks

As long as you are sure it is the router, then

Disconnect your router from the telephone line (no router connected at all)

Telephone Sky and tell them the router is dead, no lights or anything and you have tried a reset. They will send you a replacement at no charge and will prob ask for the old one back, then send a pre-paid packet for it.
