But what's the point in keeping either of them?

They're both Sagems, one is definitely faulty so is no good to man or beast and they are both locked down anyway and as I'm not with Sky any more why keep them?

Not as if I can sell the new router to anyone?

Cheers anyway, see you over at o2user

they are both locked down anyway
They can be unlocked quite easily for use with another ISP.

      theboylard. you are a legend.

im having the same trouble with the idiots and ive only been with them sinse the 8th of june.

its unreal how unorganised and lacking in technical knowledge they are.

my router keeps dropping both the wireless and the broadband without the router turning off. been on the phone several times to the crazy scotish indian people who you cant understand. eventualy i was told that the reason my wireless, and internet was dropping out, was due to the microfilters hahaha. the same microfilters that worked fine several hours earlier before the broadband was changed from pipex to sky. can anybody explain to me how a noisey phone line can make your router turn off your wireless? no? didnt think so.

been with sky for 7 days and regreted it from the moment i was forced to disconnect my tried and tested netgearrouter. take their rubbish router out of its box.

Better let them know you are leaving then as you only get 8 days to cancel without penalty.

By the way 'the crazy scotish indian people' may have had difficulty understanding your strange accent.
