      A new way to get your password ?

      somebody posted in another forum a new way to get your password WITHOUT updating the firmware. this hacking or even breaking thier terms and conditions as you just getting the password for safe keeping . I haven't comfirmed this yet as I already have a flashed router. well here it is

      Yes it works just fine on both the generic NETGEAR firmware and Sky's butchered version given that I was the one that discovered the hack.

      (Removed) Oh and as you no doubt already know, using another router is against Sky's T&C's.

      Yes this works quickly and easily.

      Giving credit where it is due, this URL injection hack was discovered/created by Jose Cardoso a couple of days ago.

      His website makes good reading if you're technically minded.

      Lastly, as I'm sure the mods will point out - it is against Sky's T&Cs to use another router other than the one supplied.
