      Problems using UpgradeWizard

I'm trying to use Netgear's UpgradeWizard to put their latest software onto a DG934G by following the information given by Kitz.

The UpgradeWizard software seems to get confused and displays several screens on top of one another like this:

      Start UpgradeWizard:

Click 'Next' and it identifies all the network cards that were ever installed:

Select the card and click 'Next' and it should show the MAC address of the unit. Instead I just get this mess:

It is exactly the same on both machines I have access to at the moment. They have completely different hardware. Now it seems that many are experiencing similar problems but no one seems to have found a solution other than keep trying on a different machine.

      Anyone got any suggestions?

      Re: Problems using UpgradeWizard

I've managed to sort this on another machine. I suspect it all depends on the network card.

The software appears to work with:
      Intel(R) PRO/100+ PCI adapter

The software does not work with:
3Com 3C920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller
VIA VT6130 PCIe Gigabit Ethernet controller
